Refund Policy

Warranty Coverage

LA Landscape & Sprinkler Pros provides a six (6) month limited warranty on all installed parts, sprinkler system repairs, irrigation installations, controller installations, valve replacements, drip irrigation systems, and related workmanship beginning on the date of service completion.

If a defect in workmanship or installed parts occurs within the warranty period, we will inspect the issue and, if determined to be covered under warranty, repair or replace the affected components at no additional labor charge.

Refund Policy 

Planting, Sod & Landscaping Installations

Due to environmental conditions, weather, watering practices, pet damage, foot traffic, soil conditions, and ongoing maintenance factors outside of our control, all sod, plant, and landscaping installations are covered under warranty only if the customer can reasonably demonstrate that proper post-installation care procedures were followed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Following recommended watering schedules

  • Proper drainage maintenance

  • Avoiding overwatering or underwatering

  • Preventing physical damage from pets, vehicles, or heavy foot traffic

  • Maintaining proper fertilization and care instructions when provided

 

LA Landscape & Sprinkler Pros reserves the right to inspect any warranty claim related to sod, plants, or landscaping before determining warranty eligibility.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

Completed labor, diagnostic visits, consultation fees, excavation work, custom material purchases, and completed installations are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Existing underground conditions not visible prior to work

  • Pre-existing irrigation or plumbing system failures

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Weather-related damage

  • Electrical failures outside installed equipment

  • Lack of proper customer maintenance

  • Modifications made by others after installation

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Acts of nature or extreme weather

  • Tree root intrusion

  • Shifting soil or ground movement

  • Utility interruptions

  • Accidental damage

  • Vandalism

  • Freeze damage

  • Improper customer adjustments to irrigation settings or controllers

  • Damage caused by unrelated plumbing or electrical issues
